HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES TO BREAK A RECORD?

The current mid-Atlantic ocean rowing speed record was set in early 2011 on board “Sara G” – 31 days, 12 hours and 55 minutes is the time to beat. The boats Woodvale Works Ltd will be launching in December 2011 are some of the fastest rowing boats in existence:

Oystershack - Fastest ever boat into Antigua. A sculling 6-man Ocean Rowing Boat. To be put out as an all-female crew

For £15,000 you will get the chance to have your name in the record books, as well as receiving all mandatory training (RYA First Aid at Sea, Sea Survival, Ocean Yachtmaster Theory, shortwave radio training and licence), medical equipment, tracking equipment, duty officer, family officer, a qualified skipper, race clothing, media coverage and a practical ocean rowing training package. Payment can be made in instalments, we can provide you with information on gaining sponsorship, and direct you to useful ocean rowing resources. Costs not included are foul weather clothing, travel and accommodation.
