Learn to Row course for Over 16's at Southampton Water Activity Centre
The course will run for 4 consecutive weeks giving participants a fun introduction to the sport.
Courses will ran by a highly qualified British Rowing coach both in the morning from 9:30 - 12 and in the evening from 17:30 - 20:00.
The course will cover many basic skills to give participants water confidence to safely row a stable boat and the understanding of how to move a boat with good technique and posture.
