Southampton Water Activity Centre learn to row course every Thursday Evening.
The course will teach participants the basics of sculling in the centres stable Explore Rowing sculling boats.
Over 4 consecutive weeks participants will be expertly guided through basic safety, skills and the key movements of the stroke following the national learn to row programme.
